[지난 43회 뉴스레터](https://blog.secondbrush.co.kr/dailyprompt-43/) (2023.06.28 발행)에서 **Runway의 Gen-2**를 다뤘습니다. 당시에는 텍스트만으로 4초 길이의 영상을 만들 수 있다는 사실 자체가 놀라웠습니다. 3년이 지난 지금, 같은 프롬프트를 그대로 Runway 안의 Seedance 2.0에 입력하면 어떤 결과가 나오는지 시도해보았습니다.

## 마무리

1. 43회 뉴스레터에서 처음으로 **텍스트에서 영상 생성**을 다뤘습니다. 당시 Gen-2가 4초짜리 영상을 만들어냈을 때, ‘비디오가 생성될 수 있다’는 사실 자체가 놀라웠습니다. Gen-2의 불완전한 결과물을 보며 "5년 뒤에야 괜찮은 결과를 생성할 수 있겠지?" 라고 생각했는데요, 결과적으로 5년도 걸리지 않았습니다. 그만큼 AI의 발전 속도가 매섭습니다.

3. 최근 재홍님과 함께 AI 영화를 한 편 제작하였습니다. 주로 Seedance를 사용했는데요, 생성 결과를 보면서 **"이게 된다고? 이런 게 생성된다고?"**하는 장면들이 많았습니다. 탄탄한 세계관과 스토리만 있다면 AI 티가 거의 나지 않는 고품질 영화를 만들 수 있다는 것이 이제 현실이 되었음을 실감했습니다.
